Why Did You Create The Missing Ingredient?

Because I love catering and serving people and providing The Missing Ingredient?.. LOVE!!! Now I've worked in restaurants, corporate cafeterias, hospital kitchens, and for other catering companies and have done well, but to be able to create your own dishes, manage your employees, and most of all, see how much your clients enjoy your food and service? You can't beat that. This has been an incredible journey so far, but the best is yet to come.

What Do You Want Your Children/Grandchildren to Remember About You?

I want them to remember that I love them dearly, I kept it real with them and didn't pull any punches. I want them to remember that I was always looking out for their best interest whether we agreed or not. Lastly, I want them to remember they were ALWAYS able to depend on Pops, Daddy, Dad, and Pop-Pop.

Knowing What You Know Now, What Would You Have Done Differently in Life?

Knowing what I know now, I would not have allowed people, and certain circumstances to dictate the direction of my life. Since understanding my value better, I would capitalize on it.

What Do You Like To Do In Your Leisure Time?

In my leisure time, I like speaking with and motivating young people not to make the same mistakes I did at their age. I also like to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets, going for walks, eating out, and enjoying time with family and friends.
